PRISONER & CIVIL RIGHTS
ACCOUNTABILITY MATTERS
BECAUSE INCARCERATION DOES NOT STRIP A PERSON OF THEIR HUMANITY OR THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
I take these cases seriously because the harm is real and because constitutional rights only matter if they are enforced.
WHEN GOVERNMENT ACTORS ABUSE POWER OR IGNORE CONSTITUTIONAL LIMITS, ACCOUNTABILITY MATTERS.
I advocate for incarcerated individuals whose rights have been violated, including:
Unlawful conditions of confinement
Abuse of authority
Deliberate indifference by government actors
Denial of medical or mental health care
I ALSO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHOSE CIVIL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED THROUGH UNLAWFUL PRACTICES OR SYSTEMIC MISCONDUCT.
HOW I APPROACH THIS WORK
These cases are not fast or easy. They require persistence, credibility, and a willingness to challenge institutions that expect silence or deference. I approach this work with careful preparation, clear judgment, and the resolve to see it through.
